With their roots planted in Ocean City, NJ, Trauma, Bravo began with a couple of chance encounters between Matt Parsell and Gabe McCall at the local music shop in the Spring of 2013. Realizing their mutual interest in rock 'n' roll, the pair began jamming in Parsell's downtown apartment with Parsell on guitar and McCall on bass. With aspirations of turning their creative interests into something more, the pair recruited drummer Doug Rahn after being introduced to him through a mutual friend.

Together, the trio began rehearsing in the vacant bottom floor of the duplex building that Rahn was renting from a family member. A plethora of original material developed into the blueprint for a debut album. With Parsell's access to recording equipment from his former gig in music production, Rahn's house was turned into a home recording studio and their plan was put into action. However, Rahn's family had plans of their own, intending to sell the house in the not-so-distant future. The trio had to act quickly.

Beginning in January 2015, Trauma, Bravo began rehearsing and recording tracks for their debut effort. Finishing up within weeks of the house's sale and subsequent demolition, the final recordings were taken to Green Chapel Studios for mixing and mastering.

The trio chose 6 out of the 13 songs that best represented their collective interests and collaborative efforts. They re-recorded vocals at Green Chapel and had the producers polish the tracks into a final product. The resulting EP, For All Intensive Purposes, highlights the musical stylings and influences of each member while showcasing the collaborative sound and spirit of a band driven by a love for straight-forward Rock 'n' Roll.
